Waters Edge Weddings & Events is a modern waterfront wedding venue located at Portside Wharf in Hamilton, overlooking the Brisbane River. Its elegant indoor spaces, private balcony and river and city views create a beautiful setting for both intimate and larger Brisbane weddings.
I had the pleasure of photographing Ange and Kevin’s wedding at Waters Edge, and I loved the variety the location offered throughout their day. The waterfront surroundings and nearby Portside areas provided beautiful backdrops for relaxed couple portraits, while the reception space was perfect for capturing candid moments, speeches and celebrations with their family and friends.
Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens
Brookfield, Brisbane
Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens is a beautiful garden wedding venue located in Brookfield, surrounded by established trees, lush greenery and peaceful natural scenery. The relaxed outdoor setting creates a romantic backdrop for ceremonies, family photographs and wedding portraits.
I had the pleasure of photographing Nikita and Liam’s October wedding at Bundaleer, and I loved how much variety the venue offered without needing to travel elsewhere for photographs. The gardens and leafy surroundings were perfect for relaxed bridal party and couple portraits, while the natural setting gave their wedding gallery a warm, romantic and timeless feel.

Boulevard Gardens is a private garden wedding venue located in Indooroopilly, only a short distance from Brisbane City. Its lush ceremony garden, leafy courtyard and elegant indoor reception spaces offer couples a peaceful, romantic setting while remaining conveniently close to the city.
I had the pleasure of photographing Chelsea and Del’s wedding at Boulevard Gardens, and I loved the variety of backdrops available throughout the venue. The surrounding greenery was beautiful for relaxed couple and bridal party portraits, while the garden setting created a warm and intimate atmosphere for capturing candid moments with their family and friends.

I’ve had the pleasure of photographing several weddings at the Brisbane Registry, and I love how flexible the location is for creating a varied gallery in a short amount of time. After the ceremony, couples can take advantage of nearby city streets, heritage buildings, gardens and riverside areas for relaxed couple and family photographs, making it a wonderful option for intimate Brisbane weddings.
