Every Moment Captured is based in Brisbane, Queensland. I regularly travel across South East Queensland for weddings, elopements, engagement sessions, and corporate shoots, including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Scenic Rim, Toowoomba, and beyond. From coastal beaches to rolling hills, I would love to be there for your celebration.Only the 8-hour wedding package includes travel within 75 km of Brisbane CBD. Travel is quoted separately for 2-, 4- and 6-hour packages and for 8-hour weddings beyond the included 75 km.

My style is light-filled, romantic, and candid with a relaxed, timeless feel. I focus on genuine connection and spontaneous moments rather than stiff or uncomfortable poses. You get a mix of unposed candid shots and soft, guided portraits that feel completely like you.

You are not alone. Most couples tell me they feel camera-shy! My goal is to create a calm, zero-awkward experience. I provide light, natural guidance and prompts when needed so you know what to do without feeling staged or stiff.

You’ll receive your high-resolution images via a private online gallery approximately 6–8 weeks after your wedding day. Your gallery will be easy to view, download, and share with family and friends.

How do you help with wedding planning and keep in touch?

I stay in touch throughout the planning process to help you feel relaxed, supported, and confident. Monthly check-ins help us structure your photography timeline, organise family photo lists, and plan around the best lighting, including golden hour, so your day flows smoothly.We’ll have a detailed planning phone call around four weeks before your wedding to confirm the details, followed by a final check-in one week before to confirm the details and go over any last-minute changes.

How do we get started and secure our wedding date?

Include your wedding date, venue or location, and a few details about your vision.I’ll confirm availability and send through my price guide and details. Once you’re ready to proceed, a signed booking agreement and a 30% deposit/booking fee will secure your date on my calendar.

Absolutely! If you feel like you need extra coverage on the day, you can add additional hours at a rate of $300 per hour.We can discuss this closer to the wedding if you’re unsure.
